Clients share basic details and book their first session through a simple form or platform. This step ensures we have essential background information before starting.

Initial Consultation

Our first session to understand the client’s concerns, goals, and expectations. It also helps build comfort and decide if our approach fits their needs.

Therapy Sessions

Closure & Follow-up

Counselling is the opportunity to discuss your thoughts and feelings about any issue that you face in every-day life that you may wish to explore and understand better, in a professional and confidential setting, with a qualified and competent counsellor, over a period of time.

Counselling is for everybody. Every human being has a basic right to have access to a trained professional who can help us in our overall growth and wellbeing.

Counselling is a continuous process where a counsellor uses a psychological framework to facilitate insight and awareness to help you discover your own answers. This process takes anywhere between 4-20 sessions depending upon your needs. Each session lasts for 1 hour. You can start by fixing an appointment with us after which we will give you subsequent appointments after each session.

Yes. All information that you share will be kept confidential. This is an extremely important ethical guideline for a counsellor where no information can be disclosed to another person without your consent. Therefore you can be confident that what you share will be kept as a secret. We here at Let’s Broach are ethically bound to maintain confidentiality except in situations where there is risk of self-harm, harm to others or child abuse.

 

To book an appointment, follow the below steps:

Go to the ‘Book an appointment’ page:
Step 1 – Drop us a message or mail
Step 2 –Fill our intake form

Step 3 – Confirm personal details
Step 4 – You will be sent available timeslots and dates as per your answers in the form

 Step 5 - Pay the session fee to book a slot
Step 5 – post session you will be sent a follow up mail depending on that your next appointment will be scheduled.

Step 6 –Payment for future sessions can be made before each session or in total as per your convenience.

It is important to note that your details during the booking process will remain strictly confidential.

No, this is an inaccurate understanding of the role of counsellors. Counsellors are NOT advice givers or problem solvers rather they are professionals trained with skills and competencies that facilitate an individual to gain awareness, growth and transformation through a warm & understanding relationship. There is no magic solution or specific advice. Every individual and their life situation is unique and therefore there can never be a ‘one size fits all’ solution.

We work on your issues together with you.

Since counselling does not mean advising, counsellor dependence may be unlikely. Infact the counselling relationship will help you to help yourself, therefore enabling you to become more true to yourself, more accepting of yourself and more self reliant.

 

The fees will be communicated to you once you fix an appointment. However you might benefit from knowing that Let’s Broach is a community interest platform therefore the cost of counselling will be fair and reasonable.
